Brunch & Bubbly ~ Sept. 15
Our annual Brunch & Bubbly fundraising event is this Sunday, September 15, 2024
at Alice Hardie Stevens Center, 603 E. University Ave. in Laramie, Wyoming!
The event starts as an outdoor garden party with drinks, live music, lawn games, and a silent auction. Then head inside for a catered brunch buffet, desserts by donation, a small awards ceremony, and the keynote speakers.
This year, we have special guests from the Gabby Petito Foundation as our keynote speakers: Gabby's mom and stepmom. The foundation emerged in the wake of Gabby's tragic death in September 2021 in Wyoming's Grand Teton National Park. Her family were motivated by the widespread attention Gabby's story received and created the foundation to turn their grief into purposeful action and a powerful force for change. The Gabby Petito Foundation's mission is to make a meaningful difference in communities by supporting survivors of domestic violence and aiding efforts to locate missing persons. The foundation’s efforts are a testament to the belief that even in the face of unimaginable loss, it's possible to create a legacy of hope and support for others. We hope you can join us to hear their important message.
